Job summary

Corewell Health’s Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a part-time night shift. You will collaborate with a clinical team to diagnose, monitor, and treat respiratory conditions across all ages, performing evaluations, documenting care, and educating staff and families.

The role requires a degree in respiratory therapy, state licensure, and highly compliant documentation. A sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 is offered for external candidates and new RT students.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy is required.
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Help diagnose, monitor, and treat lung and breathing conditions in patients of all ages.
• Perform evaluation to determine respiratory care needs and present recommendations.
• Document treatment and billing accurately per department standards.
• Instruct and train other staff and students in respiratory care services.
