The position emphasizes teaching patients, families, and healthcare professionals, with preferred AE-C certification and an active GeorgiaRespiratory license.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teaching skills to educate patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Responsabilités

• Develops and implements education programs for technology dependent, tracheostomy dependent, complex care, aerodigestive, and cystic fibrosis patients and caregivers.
• Monitors patient/caregiver comprehension and reinforces education as needed.
• Works within a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient education and care.
