Job summary

Bethany Children's Health Center is seeking a Transitional/Rehabilitative RN Shift Supervisor to lead a nursing unit and ensure patient care activities align with Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards.

The role requires 3+ years of RN experience, Oklahoma licensure, and CPR/PALS. Shift coverage includes 12-hour nights with rotating weekends, and training is provided for dayshift onboarding.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Nursing.
• Active RN license in Oklahoma; CPR and PALS Certification.
• Ability to speak, understand, read, and write English.

Responsibilities

• Supervises nursing staff and daily patient care activities on assigned shift.
• Coordinates plan of care with interdisciplinary team and communicates with families and other departments.
• Performs skilled nursing care in line with Nurse Practice Act and participates in department/program planning and improvements.
• Assists in administrative tasks including recordkeeping, scheduling, and interdepartmental communication.

Education

Associate's degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred (Nursing)
