Job summary

A New Leaf Therapeutic Services PLLC in Fayetteville, NC seeks compassionate Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, clinic, and community settings under supervising clinicians.

Candidate must obtain RBT credential within three weeks of hire; paid training and support are provided. This full-time role features afternoon availability and growth opportunities within a BHCOE-accredited ABA provider.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to pass background checks required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs required.
• Availability to work until at least 5:30 PM required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental challenges.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by supervising clinicians.
• Record and track therapy data during sessions.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings.
• Maintain professional communication with families and team members.
