Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for immediate availability to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations across North Carolina.

Positions are offered as part-time with paid training and opportunities for professional advancement within the ABA field. Join a dedicated clinical team focused on improving outcomes for children with Autism.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Patient, compassionate and able to maintain calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, ensuring direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Whole-heartedly participate in fellowship and internship opportunities to accumulate required hours.
