Job summary

HealthPRO Pediatrics, a division of HealthPro Heritage, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for our outpatient pediatric clinic in Fayetteville, NC. Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available; earn $21-$26/hour depending on experience and qualifications.

Under BCBA supervision, you will deliver 1:1 and group ABA therapy, implement individualized plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to help children reach developmental milestones.

Qualifications

• Must have or be able to obtain RBT certification.
• Passion for working with children in pediatrics and ABA.
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Fayetteville, NC.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 and group ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior support strategies.
• Record data and complete session documentation.
• Collaborate with families and therapy team.
