Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology is required.
• ARRT certification is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• State radiologic technologist license in the practicing state is required.
• CT/MRI certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Position patients to obtain quality radiographic images.
• Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to interpret images.
• Document and communicate patient images and findings.
• Maintain communication with patients, families, and staff.
• Verify orders for accuracy and ensure radiation safety per regulations.
• Ensure equipment is functioning and report malfunctions.
