Qualifications

• Associates Degree Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT certification.
• BLS certification.
• Radiologic Technologist license in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Position patients accurately to produce quality radiographic images.
• Collaborate with radiologists and physicians for diagnosis or ruling out disease.
• Document and communicate patient images clearly.
• Maintain communication with patients, families, and medical staff.
• Verify orders for accuracy (patient, CPT code, body part, side, views).
• Follow radiation safety guidelines per Federal and State regulations; practice ALARA.
