Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging in a fast-paced clinical setting at Riverton clinic locations in Utah. The role emphasizes patient care, accurate image capture, and adherence to safety protocols.

The ideal candidate will hold ARRT certification, a state license where required, and BLS. Preferred candidates have 1–2 years of radiology experience and are comfortable working with pediatric and InstaCare patients. Sign-on bonus may apply.

Qualifications

• ARRT (R) certification required.
• State radiologic technologist license where applicable.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Maintains ARRT/ modality competency in clinical/technical functions.
• Scores and verifies patient identity, prepares patient for exam.
• Performs exams per protocol, reviews images for quality and accuracy.
• Adheres to radiation safety guidelines and maintains safe environment.
• Completes studies within time limits; assists students and staff with protocols.
• Provides patient education and comfort; handles infection control and sterile techniques.
• Operates equipment and information systems to ensure quality images.
• Maintains records of procedures and any adverse reactions.
