Job summary

Americare Inc. is seeking a Pediatrics Quality Reviewer RN to ensure accuracy and completeness of COC documentation and to oversee OASIS-C submissions in line with CMS regulations. The role operates Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, in an office setting.

The ideal candidate will hold an NYS RN license, possess strong documentation and CMS billing knowledge, and demonstrate excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Home health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• NYS RN License required and active in New York state.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with CMS billing regulations and OASIS guidance is a plus.
• Home health or community care experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Ensure completeness and integrity of documentation by RNs in the COC process.
• Ensure OASIS assessments are completed per CMS guidelines (OASIS-C).
• Maintain accuracy of clinical documentation and support CMS compliance.
• Collaborate with care team to support quality review processes.
