Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide in-home pediatric physical therapy. The role requires an active Texas PTA license and CPR certification, with optional 1+ year pediatric/home health experience.

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license (Texas) required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Preferred: 1+ year pediatric or home health PTA experience; experience with medically complex children.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on PTA interventions under the direction of a supervising therapist.
• Implement established pediatric PTA treatment plans.
• Support mobility, balance, coordination, and functional independence for children.
• Assist with therapeutic exercises and activities promoting development and strength.
• Educate families on home exercise programs and carryover.
• Monitor and report patient progress to supervising therapist.
• Coordinate care with the clinical team.
• Document all PT services in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.

What You’ll Do
