Job summary

S P O T, Inc. in Northern California (Redding area) seeks a Pediatric Physical Therapist for out-patient and early intervention services in a hybrid, part-time position. You will evaluate and treat children, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and help families implement therapy plans at home.

New graduates are welcome; mentorship resources are provided. Requires a CAPTE-degree and state licensure, with pediatric experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited college or school.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Specialization or experience in pediatric physical therapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine pediatric PT needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve motor skills, strength, mobility, and function.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques.
• Monitor and document progress, adjusting plans as needed.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals for continuity of care.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.
