Job summary

S P O T, Inc in Northern California is seeking an Out-Patient Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our outpatient clinic in Redding. You will evaluate children and implement individualized therapy plans within a collaborative team.

New graduates are welcome; mentorship resources will support growth. Requirements include OT licensure and a pediatric specialization. We offer a competitive salary, education assistance, health insurance, and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

Master's or Doctorate in OT from ACOTE-accredited program.
Current OT licensure in the state.
Pediatric OT experience preferred.
Knowledge of sensory integration and fine motor skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
Willingness to learn EMR systems.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of fine motor, sensory integration and daily living skills.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve functional abilities.
Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques.
Collaborate with parents and other professionals for continuity of care.
Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
Participate in team meetings and supervise COTAs as needed.
