S P O T, Inc. in Northern California's Redding is seeking an Out-Patient Pediatric Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat children in our outpatient clinic. You will work with a cohesive team to deliver individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state.
• Pediatric therapy experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform PT evaluations for pediatric patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve motor skills, strength, mobility and function.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers and other health professionals for continuity of care.
• Participate in team meetings and interdisciplinary evaluations.
• Supervise PTAs as needed.
