S P O T, Inc. is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our pediatric team focusing on early intervention for infants and toddlers aged 0-3 years. Qualifications

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited college or school
  • Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • Specialization or experience in pediatric physical therapy is preferred
  • Knowledge of pediatric therapy techniques, equipment, and interventions is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine the physical therapy needs of each child.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve motor skills, strength, mobility, and overall physical function
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques and interventions
  • Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and continuity of care
  • Participate in team meetings, case conferences, professional development activities, and interdisciplinary evaluations as needed
  • Supervise PTAs as needed

Salary: $87,000-$97,000 per year

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team, specifically focusing on early intervention services. In this role, you will work closely with infants and toddlers aged 0-3 years and their families to assess, diagnose, and provide therapy interventions to address developmental delays or disabilities.

Requirements
