Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a pediatric Physical Therapist to provide in-home services across Denton, TX and surrounding areas. The role offers a salary range of $63,000 to $114,000 annually, plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include evaluations, goal-driven plans, and delivering interventions to improve mobility and function while educating families.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license (Texas).
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least 1 year of experience working as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric physical therapy in the home and community
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
• Deliver interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and motor development
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Document care in an electronic medical record system
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
