Formación

• 3+ years as a pediatric Physical Therapist
• Experience in a home-health setting
• Specialty Certifications (example: PCS)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive evaluations using standardized tests to determine therapy needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs in partnership with caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers and disciplines to coordinate care.
• Meet minimum weekly patient visit requirements and maintain documentation.
