Job summary

Therapy 2000 is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) for round Rock Pflugerville service area, with home-based visits and part-time hours. The role focuses on improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional skills for children in their homes, with family-centered care and culturally responsive practices.

You will collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team, maintain documentation, and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a pediatric Physical Therapist.
• Experience in a home-health setting.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• PCS or similar specialty certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders.
• Develop home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care.
• Meet minimum weekly patient visits as required by the agency.
• Maintain patient charts, progress summaries, call logs, and all paperwork.
• Adhere to agency policies and home-health regulations.
