Amazing Care is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-home pediatric physical therapy services in the South Austin area. You will assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment strategies in a home health setting, tailoring care to each child’s mobility and developmental goals.

Formación

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas.
• Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
• Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on pediatric assessments.
• Conduct standardized and non-standardized tests to evaluate physical function.
• Educate families on mobility programs, exercises, and safe home modifications.
• Track and document patient progress with accuracy and compliance.
• Participate in evaluations, care planning, and discharge processes.
• Maintain current knowledge of pediatric PT practices and healthcare regulations.
