THERAPY 2000, Inc. is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our Austin division for home-based services. You will evaluate and treat children, design family-centered therapy plans, and support families in improving mobility and daily activities in the home setting.

The role emphasizes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, bilingual communication, and ongoing professional development in a mission-driven environment.

Formación

• 3+ years as a pediatric Physical Therapist.
• Experience in a home-health setting.
• Specialty Certifications (PCS) would be a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
• Develop home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care.
• Meet minimum patient visit requirements weekly.
• Complete patient chart updates, progress summaries, and logs on time.
• Maintain understanding of agency expectations and standards for high-quality care.
• Adhere to all policies, regulations, and guidelines for home-health pediatric therapy.
