Job summary

Sunny Days Early Childhood Developmental Services, Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide pediatric therapy across home and community settings. The role offers flexible scheduling and competitive pay based on experience.

You will assess infants and toddlers, follow IFSP-based plans, coach families, and document progress while ensuring HIPAA compliance. A PA PT license and pediatric experience are required; home-based delivery is preferred.

Qualifications

• PA Physical Therapy (PT) license required.
• Early Intervention experience or equivalent.
• Pediatric experience required.
• Home-based service delivery experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide Physical Therapy services and consult with families and other professionals.
• Follow IFSP and develop methodologies to reach each child’s developmental goals.
• Coach families on various intervention strategies for home and community settings.
• Provide services in homes, daycare centers, and other community settings.
• Ensure progress is generalized and caregivers participate with coaching and teamwork.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain confidentiality per HIPAA.
