PediaStaff partners with a leading pediatric therapy provider in Bowling Green, KY to hire a Pediatric Outpatient Physical Therapist. The role welcomes new grads and experienced clinicians in a supportive, clinician-led environment where children, families, and therapists thrive.

The position is full-time or part-time with a typical 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule, flexible options including later hours and Saturdays, and a pediatric caseload from birth to 18 years.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted PT license (or in the process of licensure).
• Thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply with mentorship and support.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat children with physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs.
• Examine and evaluate children birth through 21 with various conditions.
• Improve mobility through gross motor interventions and gait training.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for development and function.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary team for child success.
• Provide evidence-based PT services supporting home, school, and community participation.
• Maintain licensure, ethics, and regulatory requirements; complete documentation and family education.
