Job summary

PediaStaff is partnering with a leading pediatric therapy provider in Shelbyville, KY to recruit passionate Occupational Therapists. You will evaluate and treat children with physical, developmental, emotional, and psychosocial needs, helping them participate more fully in everyday life.

We offer a clinic-based setting with both full-time and part-time roles, a standard 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule, and flexible options including later hours and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted OT license (or in the process of obtaining licensure).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship and support.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate children ages 0-18 for fine motor development, visual motor skills, sensory processing and modulation, executive functioning and other areas impacting daily activities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members to maximize outcomes.
• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions in a pediatric outpatient setting.
• Maintain professional competencies, ethical standards, clinical documentation, and state licensure requirements.
