Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapy license (or in the process of obtaining licensure)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Passion for working with children and families
• New graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive exceptional mentorship and support

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat children with physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs.
• Assess children birth through age 21 with congenital, developmental, neurological, and orthopedic conditions.
• Improve mobility through gross motor interventions, gait training, and therapeutic exercise.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for developmental and functional outcomes.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to maximize each child’s success.
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy services supporting home, school, and community participation.
• Maintain licensure and professional standards; complete documentation and family education.
