PediaStaff is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to join a Crestwood, KY outpatient clinic. The role focuses on evaluating and treating children from birth to 21, with a diverse caseload and supportive mentorship for new graduates.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license (or in the process of obtaining licensure).
• Thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship and support.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and treat children from birth through age 21 with congenital, developmental, neurological, and orthopedic conditions.
• Improve mobility through gross motor interventions, gait training, equipment and orthotic management, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic exercise, and functional mobility training.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help children achieve developmental and functional outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members to maximize each child's success.
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy services that support participation at home, school, and within the community.
• Maintain professional and technical competencies while upholding state licensure, ethical, and regulatory requirements.
• Complete timely documentation, progress reporting, and family education as part of comprehensive pediatric care.
