Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) is seeking a psychiatrist to provide comprehensive outpatient psychiatric services, including evaluations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and psychopharmacology.

You will evaluate patients, develop individualized care plans, monitor responses, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team while adhering to HIPAA and MA regulations. The role requires MA medical license, DEA, and psychiatry board certification; base pay ranges reflect seniority.

Formación

• Must hold current MA medical license, DEA license, and board certification in Psychiatry.
• Knowledge of DSM diagnoses and treatment approaches.
• Strong planning, problem-solving, data reporting and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy with Windows, Word, and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Provide psychiatric evaluations and ongoing assessments and counseling.
• Coordinate patient information and discuss plans with a care team.
• Develop and monitor individualized care plans with psychotherapeutic and/or medication treatments.
• Complete billing sheets and progress notes within 48 hours.
• Participate in supervision and implement feedback.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
