Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy from an accredited program.
• Ohio licensure required; independent license preferred.
• Intern-to-Hire provision for graduates awaiting full licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and documents client problems, history, symptoms, mental status, and diagnosis; prescribes initial interventions.
• Develops specific, measurable treatment goals and objectives.
• Employs empirically supported interventions aligned with program expectations.
• Coordinates client care with other service providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Completes clinical charting and related administrative paperwork.
• Stays current in pediatric psychopharmacology and collaborates with the team psychiatrist.
