Job summary

Nationwide Children's Hospital Inc. in Columbus, OH seeks a licensed behavioral health clinician to provide crisis assessment and treatment for children and teens. The role includes case management, care coordination, and crisis intervention across settings.

You will work a 3 PM–3 AM schedule, three days per week, with self-scheduling, opportunities for extra shifts, and full-time benefits at 36 hours. A Master’s degree and Ohio licensure are required, with independent license preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy required.
• Ohio licensure required; independent license preferred.
• Experience in pediatric behavioral health and trauma-informed care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and document client presenting problems, history, and diagnoses.
• Provide crisis intervention, treatment planning, and care coordination across settings.
• Coordinate client care with other providers and community resources; complete charting per policy.
