Cure 4 The Kids Foundation is seeking a Provider Support Specialist to deliver administrative and clerical support to clinical teams. The role acts as a liaison with patients, families, and partner organizations, ensuring timely communication and confidential handling of information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• One year of administrative assistant or unit secretary experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a professional liaison for the provider with internal and external partners, including outside agencies, maintaining open communication and discretion.
• Maintain the provider’s calendar, coordinate appointments and meetings efficiently.
• Prepare and distribute educational materials and documents as directed by the provider.
• Arrange travel logistics for conferences, interviews, and events.
• Assist with patient records and ensure accuracy in the EHR and patient portal.
