Job summary

MeBe is seeking a Pediatrician Liaison to actively engage pediatric providers, share our evidence-based care approach, and grow a network for timely referrals. You will work in the community, meeting physicians and provider partners, while maintaining a data-driven approach to outreach and events.

The role emphasizes independence, upbeat communication, and a commitment to MeBe's mission to support children and families through thoughtful referrals and coordinated care.

Qualifications

• Clear, confident written and spoken communication.
• Experience in health care or ABA is a plus.
• Previous work as a Behavior Technician is a plus.
• Ability to maintain and cultivate professional relationships.
• Comfortable with daily accountability on metrics (touchpoints, events, leads).

Responsibilities

• Build smart, consistent outreach across your territory.
• Develop long-term referral partner relationships and educate on MeBe's services.
• Explain which children MeBe serves (ages, diagnoses, levels of support).
• Guide referrals from initial contact to assessment, authorization, and start of services.
• Manage 4-week forward-looking outreach calendar.
• Coordinate engaging events and communicate objectives with leadership.
• Enter and categorize outreach activity in the CRM and track progress.
