Job summary

MeBe Family is seeking a Pediatrician Liaison to be the friendly face in the community, visiting pediatric providers and partner organizations across the territory. You’ll share our story, explain how we support children and families, and manage thoughtful referrals in a part-time, flexible role based in the Los Gatos area.

You’ll build routines for outreach, nurture long-term partnerships with physicians and referral partners, and coordinate events that generate high-quality leads while staying

Qualifications

• Clear, confident written and spoken communication.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Marketing and/or Communication is a plus.
• Experience in health care or ABA experience is a plus.
• Must be able to pass CA state and FBI background checks.
• Demonstrate the ability to maintain and cultivate professional relationships.
• Comfortable with daily accountability on key metrics, including outreach and leads.

Responsibilities

• Build smart, consistent outreach across your territory.
• Develop genuine, long-term relationships with referral partners.
• Explain which children MeBe serves and how care is connected to referrals.
• Walk providers through referral follow-up, from first contact to services.
• Maintain a forward-looking calendar of outreach, meetings, and events.
• Coordinate events and ensure clear objectives with leadership.
