Responsibilities

• Markets Shriners Children's directly to referring physicians, other healthcare providers, and physician offices to grow referrals.
• Maintains existing referring relationships through exceptional customer service and retention activities.
• Participates in regional and state professional provider organizations and events to generate leads.
• Maintains CRM records on referring provider activity to support strategy and opportunities.
• Establishes outreach activity goals and documents trends to assess yield and improvement.
• Uses Definitive Healthcare and SG2 data to identify referral opportunities.
• Evaluates payer mix and develops strategies based on payor opportunities.
• Analyzes demographic and clinic activity linked to referring providers for strategic goals.
• Collaborates with Marketing and Corporate staff to align marketing campaigns and communications.
• Acts as a communication bridge between referring providers and Shriners Children's providers to maximize satisfaction.
