Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Physician Liaison to bridge CSABA with pediatric and medical communities, educating providers about our ABA services and growing referrals for center-based and home-based care.

The ideal candidate has healthcare-related experience, strong relationship skills, and the ability to tour and educate across a geographic territory while coordinating with internal teams to support timely referrals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, healthcare, business, communications, public health, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in physician liaison, provider relations, healthcare outreach, sales, or business development.
• Ability to build provider relationships, deliver presentations to clinical audiences, and manage a territory independently.
• High energy and genuine enthusiasm for spending majority of workdays in the field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with diverse providers.
• Comfort with CRM systems and standard productivity tools (Microsoft Office).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Develop and sustain referral relationships with pediatricians, developmental pediatricians, neurologists, psychologists, psychiatrists, and primary care providers.
• Conduct regular provider visits, lunch‑and‑learns, and educational presentations to raise awareness of CSABA services.
• Serve as a trusted resource on autism diagnostic pathways, early intervention, and CSABA referral processes.
• Create territory-based outreach plans to increase provider engagement and new patient volume.
• Identify high-potential providers and healthcare organizations to expand referrals.
• Maintain regular communication with referring providers and update them on patient referrals.
• Collaborate with internal teams for physician participation in educational programs and events.
