Job summary

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for 1:1 pediatric private duty care in Perryopolis, PA.

This part-time day-shift role focuses on delivering individualized care to a 9-year-old girl, with a schedule of Monday and Friday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM. You will be part of a supportive team, providing family-centered pediatric care and ensuring safety during activities of daily living in a home setting.

Qualifications

• Current LPN (or RN) license in PA.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Perform g-tube care/feedings.
• Administer medications safely and accurately.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family.
• Deliver exceptional, family‑centered pediatric care.
