Job summary

MGA Homecare in the Denver metro area seeks a Pediatric Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide in-home therapy to children birth through 21 under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Build meaningful, flexible care in the child's natural environment while collaborating with families and care teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active or eligible Colorado PTA license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric physical therapy services to children birth through age 21 in home and community settings under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Support treatment plans focused on mobility, strength, balance, coordination, gross motor development, positioning, and functional movement.
• Help children build safety, independence, and meaningful progress through individualized therapy interventions.
• Partner with families and caregivers to promote carryover between visits.
• Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapy, speech therapy, nursing, and care coordination teams.
• Complete timely documentation using electronic charting tools.
