Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to support children and families across the Denver metro area in home and community settings. This one-on-one role emphasizes flexible scheduling, travel to families' homes, and meaningful pediatric care outside of clinics.

Earn from $80,000 to $150,000 annually based on experience and caseload, with weekly pay and mentorship. No rigid clinic blocks—shape your own schedule and service areas while receiving clinical and administrative support.

Qualifications

• Pediatric physical therapy certification/experience.
• Colorado PT license or eligibility.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Driver’s license and reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled pediatric physical therapy to children birth–21 in home/community settings.
• Develop individualized plans of care for safety, independence, and progress.
• Collaborate with families to promote carryover between visits.
• Coordinate with OTs, SLPs, nurses, and care coordination teams.
• Complete timely documentation using electronic charting.
