Job summary

MGA Homecare in the Denver metro area seeks a Pediatric Physical Therapist to deliver in-home services to children birth through 21 years. You’ll build a flexible caseload in patients’ homes and communities, with scheduling designed around your life and geography.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy or related PT degree.
• Colorado PT license or eligibility, CPR/BLS current.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled pediatric physical therapy to children birth–21 in home and community settings.
• Evaluate mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional movement needs.
• Develop individualized plans of care promoting safety and independence.
• Collaborate with families and care teams to ensure carryover between visits.
• Complete timely documentation using electronic charting.
