Job summary

Arbor Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Glendale outpatient clinic. You will evaluate and treat children with communication, language, feeding, social interaction, and developmental needs in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

New graduates and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply. The role offers a pediatrics-focused setting with AAC expansion and opportunities for mentoring students and assistants.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain one before employment.
  • Current CPR certification or ability to obtain it before employment.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat speech, language, communication, social interaction, and feeding disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based plans of care.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust interventions to promote meaningful outcomes.
  • Educate and partner with parents and caregivers throughout the therapy process.
  • Collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, assistants, and support staff.
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and collaborative clinical initiatives.
  • Provide mentorship or supervision to students and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants when qualified and applicable.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Glendale Outpatient Clinic

Arbor Therapy is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing Glendale clinic team! In this role, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based services to children with a variety of communication, language, feeding, social interaction, and developmental needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who wants to make a meaningful difference while building clinical expertise in pediatrics, early intervention, developmental disabilities, feeding therapy, and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). What You'll Do

Schedule

This position offers a consistent weekly schedule in our Glendale outpatient clinic.

Working Conditions

This position requires standing, walking, sitting, kneeling, bending, and lifting throughout the workday while providing direct client care. The SLP will work with children who have a variety of communication, developmental, sensory, physical, feeding, and behavioral needs in an active outpatient clinical environment.
