Job summary

Arbor Therapy in Glendale, AZ is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) for our pediatric outpatient clinic, Monday-Friday, no weekends. You will evaluate, treat, and support children and young adults to reach their fullest potential, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and families in a supportive, growth‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona Occupational Therapist license (or eligible before start date).
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• CPR certification (or ability to obtain).
• Fingerprint card.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with pediatric clients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy interventions
• Address fine motor, visual motor, sensory processing, self-care, feeding, executive functioning, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, physicians, educators, and families
• Educate caregivers and provide home program recommendations
• Complete timely electronic documentation
• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and professional development
