KidsCare Home Health is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat children in home health settings. You will guide families, coordinate with the care team, and participate in ongoing education and mentorship programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Current state-issued professional license.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Home health experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat pediatric patients in home health settings.
• Provide therapies including screenings, evaluations, and caregiver training.
• Coordinate care with office and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with patient families regarding progress and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with team to meet department goals.
• Mentor students and new hires when needed.
