Job summary

KidsCare Home Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide pediatric in-home therapy. You will evaluate, plan, and implement treatment programs for children in their homes, helping families carry out exercises and activities to improve function and independence.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Current state-issued professional license.
• Pediatric clinical experience and home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, organize, and conduct pediatric home physical therapy.
• Direct patient and caregiver in selected tasks to restore or enhance performance.
• Coordinate care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with patient and family regarding progress and home programs.
• Collaborate with others and participate in mentoring of students/new hires.
• Maintain adequate caseload and participate in QA/PI activities.
