KidsCare Home Health seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide pediatric in-home therapy, evaluating and treating children in their own homes. You will guide families, develop home treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Current state PT licensure is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Pediatric clinical experience and home health experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, organize, and conduct pediatric physical therapy in home health settings.
• Direct patient and caregiver in treatment tasks to restore or enhance function.
• Coordinate care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with patient and family regarding progress and goals.
• Participate in QA/QI activities and continuing education.
