Job summary

Hudson In Home Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy in Queens, NY is seeking a Dynamic Physical Therapist to provide in-home care to children and young adults with developmental disabilities. You will work independently in the community with exceptional time management and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients at home, educating families, and maintaining timely documentation while coordinating with a supervisor and patient representative.

Qualifications

• Active NYS License and Registration required.
• Eligibility to work in the US required.
• Ability to document evaluations and treatment sessions in a timely manner.
• Ability to treat patients in the home independently, without an onsite supervisor.
