MGA Homecare is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat pediatric patients in home health settings, developing individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility. You will collaborate with families and care teams to support the patient’s goals.

Responsibilities include re-evaluating progress, maintaining detailed documentation, and adhering to MGA policies and professional standards while delivering high-quality care in the patient’s home.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree from an accredited therapy program.
• Current license and good standing with the state's licensing board.
• Current CPR certification per state regulations.
• Professional experience required per state regulations.
• Strong observation, judgment, and communication skills.

• Provide individual pediatric physical therapy services and develop plans of care.
• Re-evaluate progress and revise the plan of care as needed.
