MGA Healthcare Texas LLC is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered home health care. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, set prognosis, and guide families through the therapeutic process to restore function and mobility.

You will collaborate with physicians and care teams, document progress weekly, adhere to MGA policies, and travel to patients' homes across assigned regions.

Competenze

• Licensed PT in good standing with state board.
• Current CPR certification.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s/Doctorate in therapy from an accredited program.
• Reliable transportation and strong communication skills.

• Assess and evaluate therapeutic and functional status to plan care.
• Direct the physical therapy treatment plan and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to implement care plan.
• Maintain clinical notes and patient documentation weekly.
