MGA Homecare is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered care through home health visits in Texas. The role requires a degree in physical therapy and current state licensure, plus CPR certification and compliance with professional standards.

You will evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, document progress, and educate families. Travel to patients’ homes is required, with collaboration across care teams to achieve mobility goals.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in an accredited therapy program.
• Professional licensing required in the state of Texas.
• Current CPR certification per state regulations.
• Experience delivering physical therapy services in home health settings.
• Strong communication and patient documentation skills.

Mansioni

• Assess patient functional status and develop individualized PT plans.
• Provide one-on-one therapy in the patient’s home or clinic as assigned.
• Reassess progress and adjust goals and treatment plan accordingly.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safety in daily activities.
