Job summary

MGA Homecare in Texas is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist or PTA to join our home-based therapy team, delivering high-quality pediatric care in patients' homes.

The role offers flexible schedules, 1:1 patient care, mentorship and professional growth along with strong benefits including PTO, 401(k) with company match, medical/dental/vision insurance, sign-on and referral bonuses.

Texas license required; new grads welcome; driver’s license and auto insurance preferred.

Qualifications

• Texas PT license is required.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s or Doctorate in therapy from an accredited program.
• New graduates welcome to apply.
• CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Pediatric experience encouraged but not required; full training and shadowing available.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric physical therapy services in home-based settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document progress and coordinate with families.
• Collaborate with the care team and other therapists.
