Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Applied Science or Physical Therapy degree completed from an accredited university.
• Strong clinical experience post-graduation (2+ years) preferred, pediatrics exposure.
• Background clearance with DOJ and FBI.
• TB test clearance.
• CPR and First Aid certificates.
• Current registration with the appropriate licensing board.
• Excellent communication with clients and other medical professionals.
• Professional boundaries with clients and families.
• Timely and accurate documentation and reporting.

Aufgaben

• Assess, diagnose, and treat motor, functional, and sensory impairments in pediatric populations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on goals and medical conditions.
• Provide hands-on physical therapy techniques, gait training, and therapeutic exercises.
• Maintain documentation, including evaluations, progress reports, and school district IEP reports.
• Train patients and caregivers in assistive devices and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team for ongoing development and care.
• Engage in continuing education and contribute to clinical practices.
