Job summary

NAPA Center in Massachusetts seeks a Physical Therapist dedicated to pediatric care to enhance motor development and function across infancy through adolescence. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to tailor interventions and promote families' engagement and empowerment.

Responsibilities include assessing and treating motor deficits, developing individualized plans, guiding caregivers, documenting progress in the EHR, and collaborating with other therapists while maintaining licensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Applied Science or Physical Therapy degree from an accredited university.
• Active PT license in good standing.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat pediatric motor deficits.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on goals and abilities.
• Provide hands-on therapy including gait training and stretching.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR.
• Educate caregivers on home exercise programs and device use.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team.
