Job summary

NAPA Center in Waltham, MA is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to assess and treat motor and functional impairments in infants to adolescents. You will develop individualized plans and deliver hands-on therapy tailored to each client’s goals while coordinating with families and the care team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Applied Science or Physical Therapy degree from an accredited university.
• 2+ years pediatric PT experience preferred.
• DOJ/FBI background clearance
• TB test clearance
• CPR and First Aid certificates
• Current licensing board registration
• Strong communication with clients and professionals
• Maintain professional boundaries and documentation discipline

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat pediatric motor and sensory impairments.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on goals and age.
• Provide hands-on therapy including exercises, gait training, and stretching.
• Document evaluations, progress and school reports in the EHR.
• Educate caregivers on home programs and assistive devices.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams for client progress.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and clinical practice improvements.
